How do I post a job for free?
Choose Post a job free, add the role, duty station, closing date and how candidates should apply, then submit. With an employer account your job goes live straight away. As a guest, it goes live as soon as you confirm your email. Any advert that asks candidates for money is held for a check first.
Do I need an account to post?
No. Post as a guest with just your email, and candidates apply by email or on your website. To receive applications through Recruitment263 and use the hiring dashboard, create a free employer account. We verify your organisation before candidates can apply through us.
How long does my job advert stay live?
Until the closing date you set. After the deadline the advert is marked as expired and leaves the job listings. With an employer account you can repost it from your dashboard.
Can I post NGO jobs, consultancies or tenders?
Yes. NGOs, UN agencies, government, companies and small businesses all post here. You can advertise jobs, internships, volunteer roles, consultancies and tenders, all free, and consultancies and tenders have their own listings page.
Can I still receive applications by email?

Can my HR team and hiring managers work together?
Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role: HR admin, recruiter, hiring manager, panel member or approver. Each role sees only what it needs.
How does the selection panel work?
Set your criteria and weights, then invite your panel. Each member declares any conflict of interest before seeing CVs, then scores on their own without seeing anyone else’s scores. The approver signs off the shortlist but never scores, and everything is kept in a selection report.
