Accounts Clerk Attachee (B1), ZIWC Masvingo

Location: Zimbabwe Institute of Wildlife Conservation, Masvingo. Reports to: Senior Finance Officer.

Duties

• Capture journals and data into the accounting system.
• Assist with creditor, debtor, petty cash, bank, cash book, staff debtor and goods-received reconciliations.
• Receive and bank cash.
• Respond to customer queries, process ZiG transfers and invoice debtors.
• Reconcile debtors and follow up on outstanding amounts.
• File documents.

• Studying towards a degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or relevant studies.
• Five O-Levels, including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts.
• Good analytical skills and computer literacy.
