Administration Officer — Transport and Logistics (1)

About the Role

Reports to the Manager Administration.

Duties:
- Conduct vehicle checks; monitor completion of log sheets; facilitate maintenance, servicing and repair of the Commission fleet.
- Attend accident/incident scenes and initiate boards of inquiry; investigate vehicle accidents, damage and misuse.
- Facilitate vehicle recovery; supervise drivers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Transport Management and Logistics, Business Management or Administration.
- Basic vehicle-maintenance or mechanical qualification an added advantage; possession of a Class 4 driver's licence.
