About the Role
Key responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operational matters of all ministries and projects and be constantly informed of all aspects in every area of operation.
2. Ensure effective financial recordkeeping, reporting, audits and ensuring statutory compliance.
3. Prepare annual budgets (in association with the Executive Director) of income and expenditure and ensure that the approved budgets are followed.
4. Perform regular Staff, Volunteers and Community evaluations and guidance.
5. Chair weekly Apostolate, monthly Management and regular Departmental meetings.
6. Prepare monthly (and annual) reports for the local and international Boards.
7. Develop professional relationship with other stakeholders in associated fields, public and private agencies, significant individuals, board members and social and church organizations.
8. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to mobilize financial and other resources for the organization.
9. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism in all administrative and leadership functions.
Requirements
1. Masters and/or Honours Degree in Finance, Administration, Management, Social Work, Human Resources, Professional Course qualification or other related fields.
2. Minimum of two or more years' experience.
3. Clean class four (4) driver's licence.
4. Must be 35 years and above.
