Assistant Manager: Security Infrastructure

BancABC Zimbabwe is hiring an Assistant Manager: Security Infrastructure within the Risk Business Unit. The role focuses on enhancing the Bank's security posture, operational resilience, regulatory compliance and succession planning through effective management and governance of critical security infrastructure.

Main focus areas — Security Infrastructure Oversight

• Manage and monitor electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, access control, biometric solutions, mantraps and other security technologies.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, faults and recurring issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Maintain oversight of security infrastructure across operational sites and restricted-access areas.

Qualifications and work experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Security Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• Certifications in electronic security systems, CCTV/VMS platforms, access control, investigations, cybersecurity, systems administration or related security disciplines.
• Hands-on training or certification in enterprise security technologies such as Milestone, Cathexis, Dahua, Hikvision, Axis, GRG or similar platforms.
• 3–5 years' experience in electronic and physical security infrastructure within banking, financial services or other high-security environments.
