Barman/Barlady (B3), Matopo National Park

Contract: one-year fixed contract. Location: Tshabalala Refreshment Centre, Matopo National Park. Reports to: Chef.

Duties

• Prepare cocktails and take customer orders.
• Ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Order beverages and maintain sales records.
• Clean glasses and cutlery.
• Assess customers' needs and make recommendations.

• Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation, Tourism and Hospitality, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Parks Estate environment.
• Proven hotel and catering industry experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, mature, collaborative attitude and physical fitness.
