Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to join our team for our branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and motivate staff, set targets and drive performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Control stock, inventory and food safety compliance.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Monitor sales and manage branch profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Report on performance and implement improvements where needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry or retail.
• Proven track record of strong leadership and team management.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel (if required).
• Hospitality credential: minimum of a Certificate in Hotel & Catering, Culinary Arts, or Tourism & Hospitality Management.
• Proven success in executing local store marketing (LSM) campaigns, driving sales growth, and increasing local brand engagement.
• Certified Food Safety Manager (ServSafe, HACCP, or recognised local health authority equivalent).
