Job Purpose: You will oversee long-term brand health and equity to ensure sustainable revenue, profitability, and market share growth. This involves monitoring key deliverables such as TOMA, Brand Power Score, Net Promoter Score, and Customer Satisfaction Index, while managing Econet and other brands/products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist GM - Marketing in creating brand marketing strategies for EWPL.
- Develop quarterly, bi-annual, and annual brand plans.
- Create thematic and tactical brand campaigns.
- Manage stakeholder relations and partnership integration plans.
- Track marketing processes and procedures.
- Develop brand concepts for Econet products to increase sales.
- Drive brand development and equity management to meet marketing objectives.
- Conceptualize brand names, personas, and logos for new Econet products.
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- A relevant vocational qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar or related environment and one of which should be in a management position.
- Ability to resolve and manage challenging, time-limited projects.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent systems navigation and computer handling skills.
