About the Role

Grade E3 (1 post). Reports to: Director OSH & APWCS. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Occupational Health Services, Medical Services, Workers' Compensation Medical Management, Rehabilitation Services, OSH Research and OSH Training programmes within the Authority — ensuring effective prevention, diagnosis, treatment, management and rehabilitation of occupational injuries and diseases while promoting workplace health, employee wellbeing and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifying requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) Degree or equivalent clinical health qualification.
- Registration and a valid practising certificate with the relevant Authority.
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience in occupational health, medicine, rehabilitation medicine, workers' compensation, public health or workplace health services.
- A postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine/Health, Public Health, Rehabilitation Medicine, Health Services Management or Epidemiology.
- At least 3 years' experience at management level in occupational health, medical services, rehabilitation, social protection or a related environment.
