Key responsibilities

• Ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing and proper management of disease conditions.
• Supervise and monitor staff performance.
• Implementation of policies at clinic level.
• Manage health information at local level.
• Ensure that all nursing departments operate efficiently and effectively.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Principal Nursing Officer.

Qualifications and requirements

• Diploma in General Nursing.
• Valid practising certificate as a registered nurse.
• Diploma in Midwifery.
• Diploma in Community Nursing, a degree in nursing and any other additional relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 4 years' experience in a supervisory capacity.
