Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Interns (3 Posts)

Locations: Harare, Mid-Zambezi and Central Regional Offices. Reports to: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

Duties

• Assist with developing monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
• Monitor project activities, expenditure and progress towards outputs and results.
• Draft monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports.
• Support planning workshops, coordination, training and report preparation.
• Help maintain the monitoring and evaluation database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SPSS, R or Stata.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments and meet deadlines accurately.
