SITE FOREMAN

Drive daily execution on site.

Responsible for supervising labour and subcontractors, coordinating allocated work areas, monitoring productivity, quality and safety, and ensuring works are completed to drawings and programme.

Requirements

1. Construction-related trade certificate or diploma
2. Minimum 5 years’ foreman experience
3. Strong practical knowledge of building methods and sequencing
4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
5. Strong people-management and site-control skills
