Cooks (B3, 4 Posts), Matopo National Park

Contract: one-year fixed-term contract. Four posts, Matopo National Park.

Duties

• Prepare and cook food to order.
• Prepare ingredients and store food properly.
• Take inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Set up, clean and organise workstations and utensils.
• Check food stocks and reconcile stock weekly.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

• Certificate in Cookery, Culinary Arts, or a relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of the Parks Estate environment.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, mature, collaborative attitude.
• Physical fitness.
