About the Role
Participate in formulating and reviewing secondary-education policies in line with the Ministry's mandate. Reports to the Director, Non-Formal Education.
Duties:
- Monitor policy implementation and recommend research to improve secondary-education quality.
- Coordinate curriculum implementation and equitable allocation of Lower Sixth places to O-Level graduates.
- Manage the link between the Ministry and Guest Teacher Programme countries; coordinate school registration and maintain a database of registered secondary schools.

Requirements
- Degree in Education or equivalent (a Master's is an added advantage).
- At least 6 years at Education Research Officer grade, or 2 years at School Head or equivalent grade.
- Familiarity with the Education Act and education policies.
- Well-developed communication, analytical, management and supervisory skills.
