About the Role
The Ministry of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture is hiring a Deputy Director, Recreation Promotion.
Role overview: contribute to the formulation of recreation policies in line with the Ministry's mandate and national development imperatives; coordinate the maintenance of parks, natural preserves, sports facilities and street facilities; prepare project proposals for investment, marketing and consumption of recreational services; and assess and address the recreational needs of the nation.

Requirements
Requirements & qualifications
- BSc Sport Science, Tourism and Hospitality or any other sport-related degree (a Master's degree with a bias in Sport/Recreation is an added advantage).
- At least 6 years' experience at Officer-level grade in recreation or a related field.
- Proficiency in programme management.
- Awareness of current trends in the field of sport.
