Executive Director

Bantwana Zimbabwe is seeking a visionary, dynamic and results-oriented Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the organisation's operations, growth and sustainability. Location: Zimbabwe.

The successful candidate will champion the organisation's mission, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive programme excellence while ensuring strong governance and financial stewardship.

Qualifications, experience and competencies

• A Master's Degree or higher in international development, public health, business administration, social sciences or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing and managing large-scale projects involving multiple partners, preferably in Zimbabwe and/or the region, of which at least 5 years should have been in a senior executive role.
• Experience with OVC, child protection/welfare, HIV-prevention programming, systems strengthening, capacity building, economic strengthening, quality improvement or policy development.
• Prior experience as an Executive Director is a prerequisite.
