About the Role
A hands-on Farm Manager to oversee cattle and crop production on the group's farm in Chinhoyi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day farm operations and productivity.
- Oversee cattle production (breeding, feeding, animal health, herd management).
- Plan and supervise crop production from land preparation to harvesting and storage.
- Manage farm workers, inputs, equipment and records; ensure machinery is maintained.
- Promote good agricultural practices and cost-effective management.

Requirements
- Proven farm-management experience in both cattle and crop production.
- Qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, Crop Science, Farm Management or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of cattle husbandry and crop production.
- Good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills; a valid driver's licence an advantage.
