Fuel Service Station Manager (Kwekwe, Re-Advert)

A reputable and growing fuel service station company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the above mentioned vacancy (re-advert).

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily service station operations.
• Supervise and lead staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor fuel sales, stock levels and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Prepare operational and financial reports as required.

Required attributes

• A Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fuel service station or retail operations.
• Strong ability to lead, control and coach subordinates, with a bias towards high quality and customer care.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Result oriented and possess a clean Class 4 driver's licence.
