Key responsibilities
- Effectively evaluate loan applications.
- Track and maintain accurate credit and loan information.
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support client retention.
- Effectively manage debt collection.

Requirements
Qualifications, skills and competences
- Recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Marketing.
- A good judge of character, with the ability to accurately assess customers' reliability when determining loan eligibility.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers.
- Verbal and written communication skills: ability to explain loan terms clearly to customers, to ensure they have a complete understanding of the terms.
- Decision-making skills: evaluating customers' loan application and determining whether to approve their loans.
- Experience in SME lending and a driver's licence are added advantages.
