This intensive two-year programme is designed to equip graduates with practical experience, technical expertise and industry knowledge through structured learning, coaching, mentorship and hands-on exposure within our NOC/SOC (Network & Service Operations Centre) environments. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop critical skills while contributing to the delivery of world-class network and service operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of six GCSE/GCE Ordinary Level passes including English and Mathematics (a pass is a C or better).
- A minimum of three Advanced Level passes (a pass is a C or better).
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems, with at least an upper second (2.1) class.
- Aged 25 years and below as of 1 October 2026.
- Degree certificates, transcripts and all other relevant qualifications available and ready for presentation to the company.
- Available to start the training on 1 October 2026.
