The Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF) is offering exciting graduate trainee opportunities for dedicated and purpose-driven young Zimbabweans to fill the 18-month learnership positions that have arisen within the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF), an equal opportunity employer, as listed below.
Fields, qualification required, station and number of posts:
- Administration — Degree in Business Administration or equivalent — Harare, Gweru, Bulawayo — 3 posts.
- Procurement Management Unit — Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or equivalent — Harare — 1 post.
- Operations – Revenue Collections — Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent — Gweru, Bulawayo — 3 posts.
- ICT — Degree in Computer Science or equivalent — Harare — 1 post.
- Records — Degree in Records or equivalent — Mutare — 1 post.

Qualification requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Must be aged 26 years or below.
- A relevant degree with at least an upper second (2.1) class.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
