About the Role
St John's Preparatory School for Boys seeks a strong, amiable and experienced candidate to lead its Learning Support Department (The Leonardo's Centre) from January 2027 — building strong relationships with parents, staff and outside specialists, coordinating referrals, interventions and support timetables, and leading the team with empathy and a commitment to every child's progress within a co-teaching structure.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification and strong experience in specialised learning support within a mainstream school.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, staff and specialists.
- Clear, confident communication and coordination skills.
