- Aluminium Shopfronts
- Electrical Installation
- Plumbing and Drainage
- LPG Gas installation
- Tiling Subcontractors
- Signage and installation
- Roller Shutters and Security doors
- Roadworks (layerworks, asphalt and paving)
- Landscaping (installation and maintenance)
- Perimeter Fencing installation
- Security Installation (CCTV / booms / alarm systems)

Cost and quality are imperatives; there is no obligation to proceed solely with Bulawayo-based contractors and the final decision rests with the development manager.
