About the Role
Marondera Rural District Council invites applications for a Loss Controller (Grade 8).
Duties:
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of council by-laws, resolutions and directives.
- Assist in loss-control and security risk-management initiatives and investigations involving employees.
- Promote security and risk-control awareness (crime prevention campaigns); supervise the loss-control section.

Requirements
- Diploma in Security Management / Loss Prevention / Police Studies or equivalent (a higher qualification is an added advantage).
- 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the Public Sector.
- ZRP/ZPCS experience is a distinct advantage; Class 4 driver's licence an added advantage; at least 35 years and mature.
