About the Role
A Marketing & Content Officer (Harare) to grow Retail Nova's brand, audience and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social-media platforms; conceptualise and produce high-quality photo and video content.
- Tell the Retail Nova story and build the brand among retailers, entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
- Conduct marketing research; combine strategy, creativity and content to build awareness, engagement and growth.
- Support campaigns, launches, events and activations.

- Conversant with emerging AI trends and tools for marketing and content creation.
