Personal Assistant
About the Role
The Personal Assistant will provide professional administrative, personal and operational support to the Trustee, ensuring that daily activities, appointments and responsibilities are well organised and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Trustee’s diary, appointments and daily schedule.
- Drive the Trustee safely to appointments, meetings and authorised errands.
- Handle emails, correspondence, documents and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all Trust and personal matters.
- Supervise the shop and monitor staff activities and performance.
- Assist with personal and business errands as required.
- Maintain a professional, presentable and trustworthy image at all times.
- Work flexibly and respond efficiently to changing schedules and priorities.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a Certificate or Diploma in Office Secretarial Studies, at least five years’ relevant PA experience, a valid clean driver's licence, strong computer and communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Essential Requirements
• Certificate or Diploma in Office Secretarial Studies is a MUST.
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a reputable organisation or private office.
• A valid, clean driver's licence with a proven safe driving record.
• Highly computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and electronic calendars.
• Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, presentable and well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
• Patient, mature, reliable and trustworthy.
• Flexible, open-minded and willing to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
• Available to start immediately.
Added Advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, director, business owner or high-level professional.
• Experience with diary/calendar management and professional correspondence.
• Experience supervising staff or managing a small business/shop.
• Experience working in a private office, corporate environment or family office.
