Planned Maintenance Officer

Masimba Holdings Limited: Planned Maintenance Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer preventive and planned maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance compliance.
• Generate maintenance reports and analyse equipment downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities between sites and workshops.
• Ensure maintenance records are updated and accurately maintained.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications and experience

• National Foundation Certificate in Diesel Plant Maintenance.
• Proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
• Experience working in construction or mining environments is essential.
• Sound knowledge of heavy earthmoving and mining equipment maintenance.
