About the Role
A results-oriented Projects Officer to coordinate delivery of software and technology projects, governance and stakeholder relationships (6-month fixed-term).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software development and technology projects with developers, architects, product owners, BAs, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical project plans, user stories, milestones and roadmaps.
- Coordinate Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, releases).
- Monitor progress, dependencies, defects, risks and timelines; coordinate QA, UAT, SIT and production releases.
- Manage third-party vendors, integrations and APIs; identify and mitigate technical, operational and cybersecurity risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master certification an advantage.
- At least 3 years' project-management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, banking, telecoms or technology.
- Experience managing technology projects and cross-functional teams; Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
