Quantity Surveying Interns

WE ARE HIRING. Trailflex Civil Works Pvt Ltd seeks Quantity Surveying Attachés to support project and cost management functions across our operations in metallurgy, fabrications, agriculture water solutions, mining solutions, tarpaulins and civil works.

Duties

• Tender preparation and RFQs: assist in drafting tenders, Requests for Quotation and supplier registration documents.
• Cost estimation and budgeting: support preparation of project quotations, budgets and financial breakdowns.
• Project documentation and reporting: maintain records of contracts and supplier details, and compile weekly progress reports.
• Site visits and enquiry follow-ups: participate in supervised site inspections and follow up on client and supplier enquiries.

• Currently studying Quantity Surveying or a related programme (Diploma/Degree), with academic transcript.
