About the Role
Paynow is hiring a Sales Agent (Informal Market) to grow its presence in communities — recruiting agents, building relationships and driving adoption of its digital payment solutions across informal markets. Based in Harare (contract).
What you'll do:
- Recruit and onboard community agents and operators.
- Grow active merchants and transaction volumes; identify new business opportunities in your territory.
- Build strong relationships with traders and vendors; record field activities and sales reports.
- Meet sales, activation and growth targets; share market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements
- Experience in direct or field sales.
- Able to confidently engage and close new customers.
- Understanding of mobile money or digital payments.
- Self-driven and thrives in community environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
