Sales and marketing officer

1. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, networking, and other marketing activities.
2. Promote loans, savings-related products, asset financing, and other financial services offered by the company.
3. Achieve monthly and weekly sales/disbursement targets.
4. Conduct market visits and door-to-door/business-to-business marketing.
5. Visit SMEs, informal traders, companies, markets, associations, and community groups.
6. Organise promotional campaigns and customer recruitment activities.
7. Distribute brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
8. Work closely with Loans/Credit Officers to generate quality loan applications.
9. Support the branch in achieving loan-book growth targets.
10. Monitor customer repayment behaviour and report potential issues to the relevant department.
11. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Five O-levels including english and maths.

Tertiary education is an added advantage
