About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Sales & Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing activities to drive business growth (Guarding Services · Security Technology · Risk Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
- Support marketing activities and digital-content coordination.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate client communication and appointments.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
