About the Role
Invarium Financial Services is recruiting a Sales Officer to originate Hire Purchase business, guide applicants through onboarding, and build lasting relationships with customers and dealer partners.
Duties:
- Generate new Hire Purchase business from walk-ins, dealer/vendor referrals, digital channels and field prospecting, in line with monthly disbursement targets.
- Manage digital channels; guide applicants through the application and onboarding process ensuring complete, accurate, compliant submissions.
- Support customers from enquiry through offer acceptance, contract signing and vehicle collection.
- Build relationships with dealers, employers and referral partners; maintain accurate records and pipeline reports.

Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, business origination, banking or microfinance.
- Vehicle leasing / asset finance / hire-purchase experience in Zimbabwe is an added advantage; KYC/AML knowledge an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills; communication in at least two languages including English; integrity and sound judgement.
