About the Role
A District Programme Officer to lead and coordinate the SASA! and One Stop Centre projects at district level in Masvingo — addressing violence against young women and children and HIV prevention through community activism.
What you'll do
- Serve as district focal point; coordinate the SASA! methodology across its four phases and the district work plan.
- Oversee OSC day-to-day management, staff supervision and SOPs; recruit, train and mentor 30 SASA! Community Champions.
- Engage AGYW, community leaders and stakeholders; monitor, document and report per M&E frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology or Social Work (a Master's an advantage).
- 5 years' relevant experience.
- Project & team management, M&E, budget management, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
