We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support & Software Testing Specialist based in Zimbabwe to join our growing remote team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to customers using eHubt web and mobile applications.
2. Respond to customer enquiries, investigate reported issues and provide clear solutions.
3. Help customers with software setup, account configuration and system functionality.
4. Test web applications, mobile applications and new software features.
5. Identify bugs, technical errors, functionality issues and user experience problems.
6. Review user interfaces, layouts, responsiveness and usability.
7. Document bugs with screenshots, clear explanations and steps to reproduce.
8. Work closely with developers to report issues and verify fixes.
9. Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing.
10. Assist with customer onboarding, demonstrations and software training.
11. Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs and user guides.
12. Support internal software administration, data entry and configuration tasks.
13. Use AI tools to assist with technical troubleshooting, documentation and testing.
14. Provide regular progress updates to management and development teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
2. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
3. Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, software testing or quality assurance is an advantage.

Technical Skills

1. Good understanding of web applications, mobile applications and SaaS platforms.
2. Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
3. Ability to identify, investigate and document software bugs.
4. Familiarity with web browsers, mobile operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
6. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL is an advantage.
7. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Postman or similar testing and task management platforms is beneficial.
8. Knowledge of Flutter, Laravel or REST APIs is an advantage.
9. Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude effectively.
