About the Role
David Mascott Country College, a leading private school in Norton, invites applications from suitably qualified and passionate educators for the position of Temporary Teacher (subjects: Mathematics and Combined Science).
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Combined Science.
- Maintain high academic and disciplinary standards in the classroom.
- Assess, record and report on the progress of learners.
- Contribute positively to the school's culture of excellence and community.
Contract type: temporary, with possibility of renewal depending on performance and school needs.

Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification (Degree/Diploma in Education or equivalent).
- Specialisation or proven experience in Mathematics and/or Combined Science.
- Ability to teach Shona is an added advantage.
- Registration with the relevant education board is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire learners. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Norton.
