About the Role

VACANCIES: STAFF NURSE & HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

We are recruiting suitably qualified, experienced, and compassionate individuals to join our healthcare team.

1. STAFF NURSE

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Recognised qualification in General Nursing or equivalent.
  2. Must be registered with the relevant Nursing Council/Regulatory Authority and hold a valid practising certificate.
  3. Relevant clinical nursing experience is required.
  4. Good knowledge of patient care, medication administration, infection prevention and control, and clinical procedures.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  7. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide safe, professional, and compassionate nursing care.
  2. Assess and monitor patients and maintain accurate clinical records.
  3. Administer prescribed medication and treatments.
  4. Respond appropriately to changes in patients' conditions.
  5. Work closely with doctors, healthcare assistants, patients, and families.
  6. Maintain high standards of infection prevention, patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

2. HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Relevant Healthcare Assistant/Nurse Aide qualification or certificate from a recognised institution.
  2. Previous healthcare, hospital, clinic, nursing home, or care experience is required.
  3. Knowledge of basic patient care and infection prevention procedures.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.
  6. Physically able to assist patients with daily activities.
  7. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
  2. Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
  3. Assist with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and general patient comfort.
  4. Observe patients and report any concerns or changes to the nurse in charge.
  5. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
  6. Respect patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
