About the Role
Mutapa Gold Resources seeks a Weighbridge Clerk based in Chegutu (Technical Services; Full-Time, Onsite).
The Job
- Operate the weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles and/or trucks carrying ore from artisanal miners.
- Record all relevant data including vehicle details, miner information, tonnage, and the date and time of weighments.
- Ensure all weighing procedures comply with company policies, safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all weighings for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with miners and transport operators to facilitate smooth and efficient weighing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on weighbridge equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Keep the weighbridge area clean, organised and safe at all times.
- Assist with data management and reporting, and support other operational activities as needed.

Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy; data-capture and data-management skills.
- Customer-service orientation and teamwork.
