Masimba Holdings Limited: Workshop Foreman.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workshop operations to ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Plan and allocate maintenance and repair work for heavy mobile equipment and plant.
• Monitor workshop productivity, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Manage artisans, technicians, and workshop support staff.
• Ensure effective utilisation of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications and experience

• National Certificate in Diesel Plant Fitting, Motor Mechanics, or related technical field.
• Journeyman/Class One Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline.
• Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in construction or mining environments.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and workshop operations.
