NUST is inviting applications for two Accounting Assistant positions based at the NUST Campus in Bulawayo (Bursar's Department, full-time; posted 30 September 2026). The successful candidates will support payroll accounting, reconciliations, third-party payments and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing payroll journals.
• Preparing payroll reconciliations.
• Processing third-party payroll deductions and payments.
• Maintaining organised and accessible records of all journals and third-party payments.

Qualifications Required

• A minimum of five O-Level passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
• A Diploma in Accounting or Higher National Diploma in Accounting (HEXCO).
