Accounts Clerk

An Accounts Clerk role, ideally in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Studying towards or holding ACCA/CIMA/professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounts clerk role, ideally in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Sage, Odoo, or similar).

Skills / competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (debits/credits, reconciliations, petty cash).
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
