Are you a creative, passionate and skilled chef who takes pride in great food and presentation? Royal Villah Lodge is looking for an experienced Chef to join our modern hospitality team.

We are looking for a chef who excels in

• Grills & BBQ: perfectly prepared meats, chicken and other grilled dishes
• Salads: fresh, creative and beautifully presented salads
• Food preparation and presentation
• Menu execution and consistency
• Maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene and quality

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a hotel, lodge, restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong practical experience with grills and salads.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good portion control and minimising food wastage.
• Creative approach to food presentation.
• Ability to work well with a team.
