You will:
- Oversee all chicken operations and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Maintain and improve product quality, consistency and presentation.
- Develop and introduce new chicken products and limited-time offers.
- Manage costs, portion control, inventory and stock levels.
- Lead, train and develop the chicken operations team.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and Foodies standards.
- Analyse performance, identify opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chicken Chef, Kitchen Manager or in a similar operations leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of chicken preparation, marination, cooking methods and food safety.
- Experience in menu development and product innovation.
- Cost control, inventory and wastage management skills.
- Excellent leadership, training and team management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Experience in the fast food or QSR industry is highly preferred.
