• A Bachelor's Degree in the subject of specialisation plus a Teaching Qualification, or a Bachelor of Education degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years' post-qualification experience teaching Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level. Ability to teach two subjects is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire high academic achievement and develop learners' analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to coach at least one sporting activity or club, and participate actively in the Senior School's co-curricular and cultural programmes.
• Be a devoted Christian.
• Excellent communication, planning, organisational, interpersonal and reporting skills.
