Customer Service Assistant — Mutare

Printflow is inviting suitably qualified individuals to fill the Customer Service Assistant position at its Mutare Branch, reporting to the Sales Executive.

Key duties

• Engaging new customers.
• Inventory management.
• Conducting stock-takes and developing weekly sales reports.
• Responding to customer enquiries about services and products.
• Handling inquiries, problem resolution and order support.
• Selling products and services.
• Processing payments.
• Electronically updating customer records.
• Taking and tracking orders.
• Gathering customer feedback to improve services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) O-Levels including English Language.
• Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent (a Marketing/Business Management Degree is an added advantage).
• Communication skills and problem-solving.
