Remote Customer Service & Sales Assistant

AgriPal is looking for a tech savvy, reliable and sales driven individual to manage customer communication and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
• Close sales and follow up with potential customers at least three times.
• Save customer contacts and encourage customers to save AgriPal's number.
• Manage and grow WhatsApp groups.
• Post three variations of approved advertisements daily in relevant groups.
• Use AI tools to improve customer service and sales.
• Maintain customer records and submit daily sales reports.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Must have a smartphone and reliable internet access.
• Must use WhatsApp Business exclusively for AgriPal, as the account will be linked to the company account.
• Organised, self motivated and able to meet targets.
