About the Role
The Ministry of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage is hiring a Deputy Director, Social Services.
Role overview: collaborate with State Lotteries and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the country's gaming sector; provide oversight to State Lotteries to promote financial transparency, operational efficiency and adherence to the State Lotteries Act; develop systems to ensure that the revenue and activities of the State Lotteries contribute to national social-development priorities; and supervise, coach and counsel subordinates.

Requirements
Requirements & qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent (a relevant Master's degree is an added advantage).
- At least six years' experience at Officer level.
- Knowledge of social-services systems.
- Commitment to ethical governance and transparency.
- Financial-literacy skills.
