Digital Marketing Officer

Zimpost (Pvt) Ltd, Harare. On-site. Reports to: Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support digital marketing strategies across the Zimpost network.
• Design social media creatives, digital adverts, banners, posters, presentations and basic motion graphics.
• Coordinate campaigns with marketing, sales and external partners.
• Maintain digital product and service catalogues.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and KPIs.
• Support paid advertising campaigns.
• Research market demand, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Ensure visual content complies with brand guidelines.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum two years' experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Experience in social media management, SEO, PPC, email marketing and analytics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, UI/UX and online reputation management.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
