About the Role
Teach Chemistry and Biological Sciences modules at NC level per the HEXCO curriculum; prepare lesson plans, materials and assessments; deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory practicals and consultations; assess students and supervise research projects, laboratory reports and industrial-attachment reports; maintain academic records and laboratory resources; enforce laboratory health, safety, environmental and quality-assurance standards; participate in curriculum development, examinations and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Applied Biology or a related field.
- A Master's degree and a recognised teaching qualification are added advantages.
- At least two years' tertiary teaching experience is an added advantage.
