About the Role
Purpose: Manage daily academic and administrative operations of the campus, ensuring effective teaching, learner discipline, reporting and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the institute's programmes and co-curricular activities.
- Implement the institute's calendar, timetables and assessment schedules.
- Monitor lesson delivery, lecturer attendance and syllabus coverage.
- Enforce learner discipline and institute rules.
- Manage parent communication, academic reporting and institute events.
- Support admissions, enrolment and fee-collection processes.
- Coordinate maintenance of records, registers and compliance documents.
- Assist in institute budgeting and resource control.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or middle-management school role.
- Experience in exam administration, curriculum management and staff supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in HEXCO systems and processes; comprehensive knowledge of the TVET framework; proven participation in the HEXCO examination cycle.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and conflict-resolution skills; high integrity and professionalism.
